DNG 5.0.2 - Importing MS-WORD document

 I start working with DNG 5.0.2. 

I tried to import requirements from MS-WORD document (Artifacts - > Import).
Somehow, the progress-bar stuck for good on 0% with no result.
What might be the problem ?

Hello Yoram,

One of the solution is restart WAS will fix the issue, I do have similar issue and WAS restart was fixed the issues. I checked the logs and could not found any errors related the issue so I restarted WAS and it worked fine my imports in RDNG.
