We have a excel report fetching RTC records ,But while executing the report we are facing"Time limit for operation is exceeded" and "Time out error"?

While running the Excel report facing "Time out error" some time it gets exceutes after attempting 10 times?

Not aware the cause of this behaviour? Can We get help or guide regarding this issue?
