How to make "Add Attachment" read only at a particular state
There was a incident today in my project where in a developer added attachment even after the workitem was in closed state.
Is there a way to disable the "Links > Add Attachments" option if work item is in particular state (for e.g Closed)? Please let me know how can this be done?
I checked the precondition "Read-Only attribute for type and state", but dont see the attribute for "attachment" or "links" in there.
