How to create bulk OSLC links between CQ and RQM?

We have around 5000+ CQ records to be OSLC linked to multiple RQM artifacts.

Is there any utility or script available to link CQ and RQM in bulk instead of manually linking each artifact separately?

CQ: 7.1.2.10
RQM: 4.0.7

I haven't actually worked on such integration before, but as both products are OSLC compatible, you may consider developing some tools/scripts using the OSLC APIs.

Unfortunately, no.  You would have to write a utility using the OSLC APIs (see Don's post).  If you're familiar with Java, you can build your utility on the OSLC Cleaner Utility.
