RQM Excel importe can not fetch project areas in drop down list

Hi,
we have successfully installed RQM Excel Importer by following instruction on jazz.net wiki. It is possible to export to file and manually execute test cases, but problem is to export test cases to repository.
Using RQM Excel importer we can authorize user and validate credentials, but we can not fetch project areas in drop down list.
Any suggesting what could be wrong? Versions are 6.0.2 and 6.0.3

In my experience, the RQM Excel Importer does not work too well with some environments with reverse proxy configured, particularly the jazz.net sandboxes.
