Cannot install connectors with 2.0.0.1M2 install manager

The Optional Features links for the Connectors are not live on the launchpad. I successfully installed the server (New installation) and the Build system toolkit, but the links for the two connectors are not live. I do not get the link indicator when I place the cursor over the link text.
