404 Error when extracting document style report
In Requirements management (RM), we are trying to generate a document style report ( Print module book). After selecting the options for creating a document style report, we pressed finished and it displays "Report Generation Complete". When we select close, an error page pops up with the following error:
Error 404: Not Found Propagated exception; original message [NotFoundException: com.ibm.rdm.internal/_LFtnILZSEearAZndEyZaAw;rev=null;cs=null;uri=https://<our_URL>/rm/storage/com.ibm.rdm.internal/_LFtnILZSEearAZndEyZaAw] We have also noticed that an .dsx and .doc files are generated at /tmp/rrc_reports each time we try to export the report. Additionally two .tmp files are generated at /tmp/rrc_reports/temp. What could be causing the 404 error and why are we not able to download these reports directly? |

.dsx and .doc files getting created at %temp%\rrc_reports is expected - .dsx is used internally for document generation whereas .doc is the output file that will be provided for download through DNG UI.
Can you check rrdg.log file? You should be able to find the URI for which Error 404 is thrown. Can you try the same URI in browser and check if it works?
