sonal neema (13●1●14) | asked Nov 25 '16, 5:01 a.m.  Hello Team, We are getting following error in Rational team concert JTS: CRJAZ1990E 2 tasks, including the "com.ibm.team.repository.ItemCleanupTask" task, were unscheduled after unexpected errors occurred. To reschedule the task, check the server logs, resolve any problems, and restart the server.  Rational team concert CCM environment getting following error CRJAZ1992E The "com.ibm.team.gc.sdk.service.GlobalConfigurationSdk.GlobalConfigurationCacheUpdateTask" task could not be completed and is now unscheduled. Error details: "CRJAZ0368E A database query could not run on the server. stmt = select t1.ITEM_ID, t1.STATE_ID from CCM_DB_USER.GLOBL_CNFGRTN_MDL_GLBL_CNFGRTN t1" We tried to resolve the error by increasing JDBC pool size but this is not working. Please guide for resolution. Thanks in advance!!
