I'm wondering if there is any possibility to avoid developers from removing/deleting components from their workspaces and then deliver this removal to the repository workspace/integration stream.
This operation that may occur accidentally, can create lot's of problems to integrator/team leader and operations to recover/undo are not so easy to perform.

You can add roles and permissions to the process on Source Control>Save
Stream (server)>Modify>Stream>Modify the stream components
