Query Columns Not Visible`

Donna Lamb (21108) | asked Aug 28 '09, 11:26 a.m.
I am attempting to create a new query from scratch, and columns like Parent and Children are not visible on the Result Layout tab of the query editor screen in the RTC client application. Those fields ARE visible to me on the Web UI for RTC. Someone else in our office CAN see those columns on the RTC client application.

So, I went to the web UI to create the query, and then switched back to the RTC client application, and my new query appears in my list, but those two columns don't show up on my query results, even though they ARE listed in my selected columns list.

Any ideas why they wouldn't be available to me and they are to him. BTW, we are both admins.

The Eclipse UI shows links hierarchically and not in columns like the Web
UI. You can use the 'Relationships...' dialog in the work items view.
But I agree that the Web and Eclipse behavior must be aligned. See e.g.
