Is there any way to reorder the workflow statuses in the drop list?

Michael Angelastro (55516) | asked Sep 21 '16, 11:15 a.m.
We have some users that would like to re-order the work flow status values,

Such as

1- Open
2- In Progress
3- Resolve
4- Close

They would like to change the order to,

1. Open
2. In progress
3. Close
4. Resolve.

Is the any way to change the order of this enumeration?  Would it be possible to do this by changing the order in the process configuration source code?

This must be done via the RTC Eclipse client.  Open the process configuration tab of the project area/template you're working with.  Go to Project Configuration > Configuration Data > Work Items > Workflows and select the workflow in question.  There's a box listing all the states, and a box to the right that lists the different actions that state has for moving to different states.  Said box also has Move Up and Move Down buttons, so the exact order that they appear in to end users can be controlled.
