Websphere - Not able to map user to "JazzAdmin" or other Jazz roles.

I am configuring CLM with Websphere application server without LDAP.

Users are local user,

I deployed war files and then I tried to Map security roles to a user through "Map users" command in websphere.

But I am unable to move selected user through > symbol, its not mapping user to desired group.

Unfortunately due to no JazzAdmin role, I am not able to set up JTS.

It sounds more like a WebSphere issue than a CLM issue. Are you able to put up a screenshot somewhere to show how it looks like when you try to "move selected user"?

P.S. I've never had problems with this part of the configuration, with LDAP or not.

Thanks for having a look on my concern. Such issue happens when you use IE browser in VM. I tried it through chrome on my local machine with VM host name and it worked.
