How to Export/Import custom work item queries in RTC?

Hi All,

I am using RTC 6.0.1 and configuring Dashboard Template into that.

I want to add custom work item queries to be configured in Project Dashboard Template for that I need Id of custom workitem queries.

I have checked XML source of process configuration but didn't find XML for the Custom queries.

Is there any way to get this or export the custom queries with project area process template?

You can only do that with Predefined Queries. Add those custom queries to the Predefined set and set an ID for each one if you want to have dashboard templates pointing to them.

Also make sure those queries don't have 'parameters' (values prompted).

Thanks Miguel, Actually I have already done this by manually inserting XML source in process configuration and that's working correctly. But I was exploring is there any way to get this using configuration itself, because we have created very complex queries in configuration. We have to write XML for each of them.
