JRS: Issue with a query result - thsousand separator character

Hi Jazz Community,
We have an issue with a query result using JRS (Query Builder).
In fact the result give us 1.998 (adding automatically a dot as the thousand separator) rather than 1998 (See the screenshot with the error value).
This result is generated by the <Count all result in the category> function when i setup the query.
Then the graphic display this error (See the screenshot with the error value).
Notice that we got this issue using a client browser in english.
When we swicth with another french browser it work fine (see the screnshot with the good result)
Your help will be very appreciated.
