There is no specific out-of-the-box report to do that. You can however right-click on the component and select "Show" --> "Baselines". This will show the baseline history for that component. In the view menu of the History view (accessed via the 'down arrow' icon) you can select "Preferences" and change the "entries to show" if the default "page size" is too small for you; or you can keep the default value and click on the "Show more" hyperlink that will appear at the bottom of the History view (if there are still more baselines that need to be fetched). Once done, you can multi-select every row (using CTRL+A) and then right-click and select "Copy Text". Now you can paste this CSV (comma separated value) format into a new file (ideally with a .csv extension). Spreadsheet applications such as Excel can automatically open these formats so you can further modify the report as needed (plus it can tell you how many rows [baselines] there are).
