Why does "Post-build Deploy" option not appear for RTC build definitions with build template "z/OS Dependency Build - Rational Build Agent"?

I see the post-build deploy option for other build definition templates but not "z/OS Dependency Build - Rational Build Agent" template. Why is this the case?
