How to Create the build query to fetch the name of Modified Files to workItem?

Hi ,
I am just new learner to Build query . but i want to create the query in build for accessing the Modified files name associated with particular WI . I am using the RTC 5.0.2 .please , provide the guidance for How to write the query in
build to access he files and which approach i use to go with this task .
