Customizing Email notifications for RTC in CLM 6.0

 I am trying to customize my email notifications that I receive from my custom RTC template in CLM 6.0. Is there a way I can customize my email notifications in the below particular format:

Field

New Value

Old Value

Status

Resolve

New

Priority

High

Medium

none of the change.???  data elements are documented, so I don't think you can pick them out individually

 So, we cannot pick out individual elements from the template and divide them into an old change and a new change per the table above ?

I am not aware of any unique data items being available
