Taskboard View RTC 4.0 Tasks going to Invalid State
Hello All,
We are trying to drag and drop the tasks from In progress to Closed Group however instead going to done state rather they go to "Invalid" state. This behavior is totally random. There needs to be a way at least to set a default state when a work item is dragged and dropped in a group.
We can introduce a new state group called "Invalid" which will resolve the issue but state groups are common to all workitems.
Hence is there any other suggested resolution ?

found while searching on jazz.net,
I would assume this should work as expected.
Unfortunately - investigating such issue on the forum is not that easy.
I would encourage you to open a new defect (against Planning Component) or a PMR if you feel like not sharing configuration details in the open.
However - this supposes that you are able to reproduce this issue in a consistent manner,
with detailed steps to reproduce.
Once you have these steps, feel free to open a jazz defect or a PMR, and provide as much details as able:
- version used,
- steps to reproduce
- expected vs observed behavior ("the bug")
Add any file (process template, latest PA source) required to reproduce the issue.
