[closed] How to Copy identification rules using jenkins?

how to copy the identification rules in Jenkins's when :

Different folder structure but same folder and filenames
Different folder structure but same folder and filenames and what if the contents inside the files are completely changed??
Is there any methodology in Jenkins's which looks for the contents of the file as well while copying the identification rules from one project to another??

I can't see that this has anything todo with RTC. This seems to be totally Jenkins related and should be asked in a Jenkins forum.
