Problem with Iterations
Hello,
I have a problem. This morning, I've created new Iteration for our project and set it as "Current". But error message: "This operation is not governed by process" appeares all the time, when I tried to save it. All settings are exactly same as last week (and there wasn't any problem). We are using RTC 2.0 connected to LDAP. Does anybody met this problem before? Or do you have any idea, where could be a problem? Thank you in advance:) Jan |

Hello, Hello Jan, Could you tell us what process template you used to initialize the project? I'm not sure but my first idea is to look for any hints in the process configuration (right click on your Project Area and choose Open option, go to the Process Configuration tab). kind regards, Jakub |

I have assigned "Product Owner" role and I am also between Administrators, so it shouldn't be a problem related to permissions. |

Hello, Jan, please file a workitem in the Jazz Foundation project against the "Process" category and we'll take a look. When you file the workitem, please attach a screenshot of your Team Advisor view as well as the dialog which is reporting the operation that isn't governed by process. When you take a screenshot of the Team Advisor view, please toggle the view toolbar button that says "Show Failures Only" to off and the one that says "Show Detail Tree" to on. https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz% 20Foundation#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem&ts=1250527694000 -- Jared Burns Jazz Process Team |
