Error running operation "Loading work item"

We use RTC 4.0.3.

One of our user got Error running operation "Loading work item" right after login.

I verified, this user has RTC developer license and been assigned to the team Area correctly.

She cannot see/load any tasks of her project but her colleague is able to do so.

What could go wrong?  She has worked with RTC since awhile.

More detail: She is able to load RTC work item from a Web Browser but not from RTC FAT client. Tran

Get the plain zip Client for Eclipse 3.6.x IDE from the below web page and do a quick test. If it works in the fresh IDE but not her existing environment, there must be something corrupted in that configuration. https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.3?p=allDownloads
