How to construct Artifact Web URL given its ID and Project ID

Hi ,

We have use case to create Web URL of Artifact info page given its ID and Project ID, through OSLC or RRC reportable REST Api.

Lets say we have

Artifact Id=_YZtIkQGvEeaWptePCcBNWQ

Projet Id=_wTTDYINJEeWazYoMB3kafw

Is there any way to construct URL which can be used in DOORS NG Browser to go to info page of artifact.
