 I'm trying to install 4.0.7 Jazz Team Server and CCM, QM, and RM Applications with Installation Manager Repository option for CLM server install.  
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.7?p=allDownloads

When I click on link https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.7/JTS-CCM-QM-RM-repo-4.0.7.zip, I'm receiving 404 - page not found error.

 Hi problem went away after trying in Chrome and refreshing browser.
