How to reregister LQE application on same Jazz Server it was previously registered with?

Request to service https://<myserver>:<myport>/lqe/jts-registration failed with status code 403 and response body: CRLQE0321E Lifecycle Query Engine will not allow registration with a Jazz Team Server at this time because it has already been registered with another Jazz Team Server. If you need to register Lifecycle Query Engine with a new Jazz Team Server, please restart Lifecycle Query Engine in configuration mode. You can start Lifecycle Query Engine in configuration mode by setting the lqe.configMode property to "true" in the lqe.properties file and restarting the application.

When attempting to navigate to LQE web admin site at https://<myserer>:<myport>/lqe/admin I am getting an Internal Server Error (500) as well.

Any suggestions/

Hi Neal,

In the past this has been done by doing just what is suggested in the error message you posted, which is to re-set the lqe.configmode property to true in the lqe.properties file.  I assume you've done that and are getting errors attempting to register the application again?  If so the error you get registering would be helpful.  You'll need to stop and start LQE after updating the config file, so perhaps that's all that is needed to register again?

Yes, that ultimately fixed the problem. However, the file was badly formatted and extremely difficult to read, for some reason, and I was setting the value in what turned out to be the heading area which was causing the error. The second instance of the configMode in the file, after the instructions on how to register the app, was the actual variable to set.  BTW thanks for the quick response and offer for further help.

I tried to stop lqe application, then I changed configMode property to "true" in the lqe.properties file and restarted the application, but I got the same error. I tried to remove and redeploy application, but always same error.

Any help would be appreciated.
