Is it possible to add new release item into RTC by rest API?

Hi, all,

I want to connect Jenkins with RTC this way:

Every time when a new build is generated in jenkins , it will trigger jenkins to notify RTC by REST API to add a new item for a enumeration attribute,say " Fix version" and "Affects version"

Then user can select this new item if needed from drop-down menu on work item layout for these two attributes.

This feature is supported by Jira. Since we need to migrate to RTC, I am wondering whether RTC support it or not?
