unable to configure an Eclipse environment with components (EMF, GEF, Equinox)

Hello, 
         I am trying to  configure an Eclipse environment with the following components
  1. EMF-SDO 2.2.1 + XSD 2.2.1
  2. GEF 3.2.1
  3. Equinox OSGi 3.3
as per the following link in order to setup the development environment,

I have tried on Eclipse Juno, Eclipse Mars, and RTC Eclipse Client but on every client this feature is not getting installed (I am trying with the "Help>Install new software>Archive". )
So can you suggest me is there any way to install the components.

The library article you refer to is almost 10 years old. I don't think it will work any more.

Other articles in the developer wiki, especially around the Web UI, work more or less still, unless you try to go into any kind of code generation.
