Entering Work Item Time tracking field in Visual Studio not accepting decimal point

David Dulling (13731212) | asked Feb 22 '16, 4:00 p.m.
 Hi

We have a really strange problem.

We're using the Visual Studio / RTC integration (VS 20013 & 2015 / RTC v5.0.2) but when we try and enter hours into the Time Tracking form of a work item, it won't display / recognise the decimal point. Typing on the full stop key does not display in the field at all

However, we can copy a number which includes a decimal point from (say) Notepad and successfully paste it into the same field. Also the web and Eclipse clients have no problem at all

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

David

I would suggest to open a PMR with support.

Thanks for the reply, Ralph

I have indeed now raised this as a PMR but, in the meantime, I am happy to accept other answers from the forum community if anyone has experienced it themselves

Cheers

David
