 Hello, 

In RTC in the part of customization of the work items I want to have a dynamic behavior where depending of the state or attribute value we can hide sections or tabs or close/collapse sections? can I trigger this in the presentation or value sets?

No, there is, as far as I know, no way to do that. You can hide individual presentations using the rules you can see in the editor presentation editor, a tab can be hidden if all presentations it contains are hidden, but you can not dynamically hide based on a condition or the like.
