Referring to workitem in workitem text

Hi there

I'm aware that, when typing text into a workitem, you can refer to an
RTC user by typing @username.

Is there any similar syntax to easily refer to another RTC workitem by
number ?

Should have been more specific ...

I'm using the Web UI not the RTC client

Both in the Web Ui and the Eclipse UI, you can type e.g.

work item 1345
or
task 356

and they will be rendered as links to these work items.

The keywords that refer to work items are configurable in the process
configuration (aliases for types).

Just for interest's sake, can one set the aliases in the Process
Configuration page (I couldn't find it there), or just in the Process
Configuration Source xml (I did find it there)?

Cheers,
Geoff

Hi
You can find it on the Configuration Page under Configuration-Data -> Work Items -> Types & Attributes. Besides the 'Type' viewer there is one for the alias'. Selecting a type show the configured ones.
