Newly created Pending Approvals not syncing in Mobile App using Rest APIs

 Hi All,

I am using Reportable Rest APIs to fetch Pending Approvals list, its working fine with default workitem's editor of RTC but now I have created custom editor with custom states So when I create approval in old workitem which has default editor its been synced successfully but when I create approval in new workitem with new editor then list does not sync.

please guide me what could be the problem
