Is it required to restart IHS when CLM applications are restarted?

I am already starting using distributed architecture and would like to reduce the outage time.

Do I have to restart (IBM HTTP Server) IHS when IBM Collaborative Lifecycle (CLM) applications are restarted?

No, You do not have to restart IHS when CLM applications are restarted.
