Reporting test case frequency of use
Does RQM provide any methods (automated or manual) for reporting test case frequency of use?

Hi Mike,
You will have to create a customized report using RRDI. Please refer to the "Quality management data dictionary" for the version that you are using. The data dictionary shows the mapping between quality management data and the data in the Framework Manager model. This data is useful when creating custom reports. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSCP65_3.0.1/com.ibm.jazz.reports.doc/topics/r_qm_data_dictionary.html Thank you |

does "frequency of use" mean how often the testcase is executed?
Frequency of use could apply to how often a test case is executed or how often a test case is selected in a test plan. When displaying a test case, test plans containing the test case are shown in the upper right corner of the screen (i.e., parent test plans). When viewing test cases, a filter by test plan option is available which includes the selection "not in any test plan."
Ideally, one could select a list of test cases and a time frame. The report would indicate the total number of test plans created (or executed) during the time frame. For each test case, the report could indicate any applicable test plans (or test results) and related count(s).
