RTC: Is possible edit keywords for a comments?

I Created a Project Area with "Filter by locale" United States, but I should have created with filter in portuguese. I noted that the keywords a texts in comments are in english, for exemple : "Attachment 123" ( RTC accept the keyword and create a link automatically) , but keywords in portuguese don't create these links, for Example : "Anexo 123". Is possible add new keyword in portuguese?

I am not aware of any existing feature that let you modify the locale of the project area, or configure the link detection. I believe your best approach would be to create a new project area with the right locale and move the work items across to the new project area.
