Test script run view shows deleted keyword

Krzysztof Kaźmierczyk (7.5k480103) | asked Jan 08 '16, 4:32 a.m.
Opening a test script run view shows deleted keyword in IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM)

Steps to reproduce (reproduced on 5.0.2):
  1. Create new Test Case

  2. Create new Test Script. Associate it with Test Case created in 1

  3. Add step 1 to Test Script

  4. Add a keyword as a step 2 to Test Script

  5. Add step 3 to TS and Save Test Script

  6. Use cut or delete method to remove step 2 (a keyword) and save Test Script

  7. Add step 2 and name it step 2 and save Test Script

  8. Run TC from 1
Expected behavior: you do not see keyword as a step 2
Actual behavior: you see a keyword as a step 2

  9. Open again Test Script => you do not see keyword as a step 2 (working as expected)

  10. Duplicate Test Script and run Test Case Execution Record from duplicated Test Script - the issue is still visible.

There is unidentified defect in the versions 5.0.2 or lower. The issue has been fixed in RQM 6.0.

Hi,

It is fixed in 5.0.2 iFix011 and later. This is the work item:
https://jazz.net/jazz02/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/133287

You can get iFix011 here https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/5.0.2?p=allDownloads and you will see that work item in the readme

Thanks,
Brett
