Arabic Font in Screen and RLU Design in Rational Developer i

We have installed Rational Developer for i 9.1 now we want to update the SDA Screen which have Arabic sentences which

are not showing in Arabic how can we see this heading and text written in Arabic in Report and Screen we can see it on AS400 same is available in RDi.

Please Advise urgently.
