Hi Guys,

(i) Can somebody tell me, how can I download a folder or multiple files from RTC Web client and

(ii) Is there any way that from RTC Web client, I can download the whole stream contents or the whole data from a component.

No, this is a requested feature, but not available today, as far as I know. You can only download and lock single files in the Web UI. Or you use one of the clients available.
