Stream flow diagrams show default links as dashed.

Others are shown solid.

What do they mean?

Where are they defined in Jazz or in the documentation?

Solid lines are current flows. Here is the documentation link about flow diagrams: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_6.0.1/com.ibm.team.scm.doc/topics/c_flowdiagramelement.html
