Hiding RTC attributes based on Roles

Hi,

I have a scenario to address.

we have say 3 different roles and they are expected to perform actions based on their access control.

there are 5 fields which needs to be visible to role A & B, however C must not see these fields ever.

Please suggest how can we address this?

No, this capability does not exist today and I am not aware how to create it using customization or extending RTC.
There is an enhancement request.

Most that ask for this also forget that it does not help to just hide the presentation in the work item either. A user could still see the values in queries, plans, the history and reports. This would have to be built deep in the database foundation and dealt with on all levels.
