How to customize the work item web "welcome page"?
When entering “Welcome Page” and clicking “Create new work item”, rtc created a workitem with default WI type, can RTC web page asking create what kind of WI?
Any one have such experience?

no. the design is to open the new workitem editor for the workitem listed at the top of the list, as that is the default.
