[closed] how to get HTTP URL Link of change set?

Hi All,
I want fetch HTTP URl Link of change set which are shown in Workitem's Link Tab of Eclipse IDE. I want to get Link because When i click on Change set shown in WI Link Tab That time it directly goes to Web UI Change set Page .
