Find state transition info of a workflow via OSLC v.2

 Hello. How can i find the resource to inform me about the available transitions i can go to from the current state?

For instance i can see the actions available and their target state with the URI below.
https://server:9443/ccm/oslc/workflows/_0nV88mOVEeWhuLaOHR6GMg/actions/com.ibm.team.apt.storyWorkflow

The states available (all) can be found with the next URI:
https://server:9443/ccm/oslc/states/_0nV88mOVEeWhuLaOHR6GMg/actions/com.ibm.team.apt.storyWorkflow

Now how can i find the state transition matrix?
