Hi Tammy, Is the name of the server machine where RQM resides going to change as well or is that going to remain the same? Can you indicate the version of RQM that you're using?

You can either re-run jts/setup from the browser or edit the teamserver.properties to point to the location of the db at the new server location.
This is assuming that the only thing you are relocating is the db server.
