No relationship between resource and team or project

Using RRDI with RTC 4.0 and there is no relationship established between a resource and a project or between a resource and a team in the DW. Without this how does a customer get a list of users by project or users by team by project to support internal audits?

Hello John,

I think you can get the information on Project and Resources from the following sections of the data model:
  • Operational Data Store > Project Area > Project
  • Operational Data Store > Project Area > Project Related Resources

For an example you can try inserting in query studio the following fields:

  • Operational Data Store > Project Area > Project > Project ID
  • Operational Data Store > Project Area > Project > Name
  • Operational Data Store > Project Area > Project Related Resources > Resource ID
  • Operational Data Store > Project Area > Project Related Resources > Full Name
