How to create requirement inside collection using oslc

Hi All,
I have task where I need to create Requirement inside collection using OSLC api.
I am able to create Collection using OSLC but not able create requirement inside collection. However I am able to create requirement alone.
I want to create requirement under collection in one go instead doing it in multiple steps.
So it is possible add new requirement inside collection at the time of creation

Hi,
The requested functionality is not supported, what you can do is create all reqs and then update the collection.
