Is it essential to create a Team Area in a Project Area? And what is the purpose of Team Area?
It would be great to have a basic scenario for it.

I am rephrasing my question?
Q. When should you use project areas and when should you use team areas to organize the work?
Note: The Product is IBM RTC 5.0.2

Hi Muhammad,
RTC allows for a rich project and team structure to support small teams (even a team of one) to very large teams developing and maintaining a variety of product deliverables. The project structure is defined using a project area and typically includes one or more team areas. Find the similar forum links with the differences. https://jazz.net/forum/questions/61929/best-practice-project-areas-vs-team-areas Refer : Team area topics from the below link. https://jazz.net/library/article/137 Please let me know does that helps. Note: I would request you to follow Ralp comment for future jazz.net forum questions. Regards, Arun. |
