Agile processes are very much recommended for use with RTC (there is a nice SCRUM template that ships with RTC) - just that particular process was put in as a downloadable addon. I am hoping we will see more processes available via the downloadable addon mechanism - I am sure many of you will have good templates that could be shared with other RTC users.
