Advisory doesn't show up at Precondition

Hi, I followed the instruction here: https://jazz.net/library/article/495

I checked the Provision Status page and there was a message that the build was deployed successfully:

CRJAZ0303I The profile install from "file:C:/RTC405Dev/installs/JazzTeamServer/server/conf/ccm/sites/HelloWorldAdvisor-update-site" was started at "Mon Aug 24 16:13:05 EDT 2015".

CRJAZ0300I This feature is being installed: "HelloWorldAdvisorFeature_1.0.0.201508241604".
CRJAZ0299I Installing bundle from the URL "file:C:/RTC405Dev/installs/JazzTeamServer/server/conf/ccm/sites/HelloWorldAdvisor-update-site/plugins/HelloWorldAdvisor_1.0.0.201508241604.jar".

I also checked the Tomcat console and saw the activator class message.

However when I tried to enable my advisor at the Process Configuration.

I couldn't find my advisor.

Any idea what may go wrong?

was this eclipse or web UI? If eclipse, you have to close and open eclipse again.

Thanks. Yes the solution is as simple as to restart eclipse.
