How to get file names of changeset associated to work item using server API

Hi All,

I want to get file names of change set associated to work item. I referred "https://jazz.net/forum/questions/161758/how-to-retrieve-the-changesets-associated-to-a-workitem-via-java-api" link but i am still unable to get file names.

Could anyone please tell me server API which can get file names of change set.
