Hi,

We have recently upgraded to RTC 5.0.2, When I navigate to https://syst-rtc.colruyt.int/ccm/webm, I get the error
"The address you are trying to reach is invalid.Redirecting to project list" then it redirects to projects list.
I also see the following exception

Based on the error message 'The address you are trying to reach is invalid. Redirecting to project list.', I assume you have the error only when you access to the project 'webm'?

To clarify your situation, can you tell the followings:
  • Does the error happen only when you access to the project 'webm'?
  • Does the error happen on any client browser/machines?
  • Does the error happen even on a browser on the server machine?
  • Does the error happen on RTC Eclipse client?
  • How many project area do you have?
  • Does the error happen when you access to the other project?

Does the error happen only when you access to the project 'webm'? 
=> Yes when I navigate https://syst-rtc.colruyt.int/ccm/web only the error appears and disappears immediately as it navigates to projects list

Does the error happen on any client browser/machines?  
=> Yes It happens in all client browser machines

Does the error happen even on a browser on the server machine?  
=> Its linux machine where rtc is installed.


Does the error happen on RTC Eclipse client?  
=> I don't see this situation in eclipse client

How many project area do you have?
=> Currenlty I have 70 project areas. 

Does the error happen when you access to the other project?
=> When I go to project dashboard and type the url mentioned above it shows the error again

I suspect that your JTS server was having some trouble. Checked the jts.log file for more details. You can also try to access the below two URLs (extracted from the error messages that you posted).

The responded content (being displayed or downloaded) should be in XML format. Otherwise, you need to check the JTS server as suggested earlier.

I'm also interested in the "/wps/myportal/intranet/..." cookie displayed in the error message. What kind of SSO implementation are you using? We have seen some very strange behaviors with not-so-well-implemented SSO solutions, so it is worth checking in this area as well.

I forgot to mentioned that the verification should be done on the machine where CCM is installed. But if you are still stuck, I suggest you contact IBM Support so that a more proper investigation can be carried out.
